King’s Cycles Mission Statement
King’s Cycles aim is to be the best cycle shops in the area.
Our aim is lifestyle cycling and the promotion of, and dedication to, this level of sport and leisure cycling.
We want our customers to buy better cycles and products, and to move up from unsatisfactory product to the quality product that we as a company stock and offer them.
Our aim is to be the preferred choice of cyclists, enthusiasts and family bicycle customers for this product, our service, and our customer service and product knowledge.
We achieve this by all staff members working together as a team across the 2 shops.
The aim of the team is to advise all customers of the best product that we can supply them, and to maximise sales and future sales at all times.
All staff members will be trained on and be required to have and gain knowledge of all products that we sell and have access to in order to maximise all and any potential sales.
The team is required to gain any knowledge that is necessary to be able to perform these actions.
Training is available to all staff members ad hoc and also upon request in order that the reputation and sales of the Company are not compromised detrimentally.
There is an expectation from the Company that all members of staff will be pro active in gaining knowledge for themselves in order that their job role is valid.
King’s Cycles have a good reputation for customer service and product knowledge gained over many years.
King’s Cycles stock and service a good range of premium cycling product and as a company we support and invest in those suppliers.
The team is empowered to increase in quality and strength both the retail sales and the customer relationships in order that the company continues to grow and prosper.

Liz Shewan
'Are you stuck in a rut? Dread getting up in the morning? Live for your days off and dread going into work? And on your days off, are you really doing what you dream of doing? Is this affecting your relationships? Your family? Your friends? Your health and general happiness? Do you feel stressed all the time and run around with not enough hours in the day only to realize you feel like you have achieved nothing at the end of it ...Phew!!! Or are you in an unhappy relationship but haven't got the self confidence to break free and live your life the way you truly want to?'
When was the last time you had someone focus entirely on You to help you get where you want to go? Our busy lives can mean we can lose focus on our life goals or motivation, which in turn, affects our lifestyle.
Professional Life Coaching is a powerful, motivating partnership. It focuses on your
Vision, Goals, and Desires, and how you can accomplish them. A Life Coach can empower you so that you can uncover and free yourself of any destructive behaviour and thinking patterns in your life. This gives you a whole new Outlook on life and on what you can achieve so you can go for that Dream job, that Dream home or even ask out that gorgeous guy/girl you’ve had your eye on for months but not had the guts to ask out…. The possibilities are endless!!

‘I love what I do. I love helping people, talking to people, helping them to help themselves. I get the biggest buzz out of helping somebody achieve their dreams and I can’t imagine doing anything else. People are my passion … That’s the reason I do this and I do it from the heart….Where there is a problem, there is always a solution.”
